Senior Delivery Consultant, Amazon Connect Center of Delivery Excellence

What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable, secure AWS solutions and migration strategies tailored to customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting throughout delivery, advising customers on trends and emerging technologies.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge through training and reusable artifacts.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on coding with REST APIs and web services, including integrating agentic or generative AI into customer-facing applications.
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred) and proficiency across services such as compute, databases, integration, identity, networking, and automated packaging and deployment.
• 3+ years designing and implementing NLP/NLU voice or chat solutions with at least one conversational AI framework.

Nice to have

• Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional-level certification; AWS Professional certifications are preferred.
• Experience with pre-sales communication, HIPAA/GDPR, Terraform or Python, Amazon Connect or Lex, or generative AI in contact centers.

Pay

153,600.00 - 207,800.00 USD annually (base salary)
