Develops, maintains, and improves semiconductor R&D equipment and processes, supporting tool reliability, qualification, process development, and technician training.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and lead reliability and throughput improvements.
- Develop equipment validation, calibration, qualification, and maintenance procedures; support process experiments and optimization.
- Train maintenance teams and technicians, coordinate with suppliers, and support spare-parts planning and equipment upgrades.
