Senior Financial Analyst, North America Middle Mile FP&A

What you'll do

• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports and financial close, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidation deliverables.
• Analyze financial and operational data, identify root causes, and advise business partners on initiatives that improve delivery quality, speed, or cost.
• Build financial models and analytical tools, and improve or automate finance processes and performance measures.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of tax, finance, or related analytical-field experience.
• 4+ years applying financial KPIs to analyses.
• 4+ years creating process improvements through automation and analysis, and identifying and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify tools and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, or business, or a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of quantitative-role experience; advanced SQL for data mining and business intelligence.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of tax, finance, or related analytical-field experience; MBA or CPA.
• 4+ years participating in continuous-improvement projects with measurable results; experience with large-scale data mining/reporting tools and financial systems.

Pay
