What you'll do
- Lead technical strategy and delivery for complex customer AI programs, including architecture across services and teams.
- Build and operate enterprise-scale AI systems; establish production readiness, evaluation, testing, observability, and incident-response standards.
- Create reusable engineering patterns and platforms, mentor FDEs, and help expand customer AI adoption.
