Senior Innovation Engineer, WW AMZL Innovation and Design Engineering

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end equipment technology development, from ideation and design through testing and on-site implementation.
• Write technical requirements and test plans; gather field feedback and use data to inform technical and business decisions.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, and lead scalability planning with internal teams and vendors.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of hardware design and validation experience with components, subsystems, and systems.
• Experience using one or more listed design technologies, such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, SolidWorks, CREO, BIM360, SketchUp, or KeyShot.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; experience managing projects in a fast pace environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or equivalent; experience carrying design concepts into deployment or mass production and optimizing machine design for scaled manufacturing, cost, and maintainability.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or equivalent in a listed field.
• Experience with simulation or data analysis tools, AI/ML technologies, or PLM software and Engineering Change Orders.

Pay

USD 157,100.00 - 212,600.00 annually (base salary); USD 135,700.00 - 183,600.00 annually (base salary); USD 137,300.00 - 185,700.00 annually (base salary); USD 137,300.00 - 185,700.00 annually (base salary)
