Senior Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Mentors Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers and develops talent.
• Manages preventive maintenance programs, site budgets, capital spending, and continuous improvement to improve uptime and efficiency.
• Oversees safety practices, vendors, contractors, equipment end-of-life decisions, and domestic network support travel up to 15%.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in a listed engineering field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and shifts, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 8+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience; 6+ years leading multiple-layer organizations and developing senior leaders.
• 6+ years in industrial maintenance and 6+ years managing budgets, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with network-level or multi-site maintenance organizations, Professional Engineering registration, MHE integrators or systems, project management, or statistical analysis.

Pay

145,500.00 - 196,800.00 USD annually (base salary)
