Senior Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Mentor Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers and develop talent across the maintenance organization.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, site budgets, capital spending, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enforce safety practices, manage vendors and contractors, and provide technical guidance on equipment end-of-life decisions.

What they ask for

• 10+ years managing large complex facilities organizations.
• 7+ years of senior management and leadership responsibilities; 8+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience; 6+ years leading multiple layer organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience.
• 6+ years each in industrial maintenance; senior leadership development and talent management; managing department spend and labor budgets, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing continuous improvement (CI); and managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership. Must work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience leading network-level/multi-site maintenance organizations; Professional Engineering registration; MHE integrators or systems; project management; or statistical analysis.

Pay

145,500.00 - 196,800.00 USD annually (base salary)
