Senior Maintenance Manager , NACF ARS West Region

What you'll do

• Mentor Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers and develop talent across the maintenance organization.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs, site budgets, capital spending, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enforce safety practices, manage vendors and contractors, and advise on equipment end-of-life decisions using ROI analysis.

What they ask for

• 10+ years managing large complex facilities organizations; 7+ years of senior management and leadership responsibilities; 8+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience; and 6+ years leading multiple layer organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience.
• 6+ years of industrial maintenance experience and 6+ years of senior leadership development and talent management experience.
• 6+ years managing department spend and labor budgets, performing root cause analysis (RCA), implementing continuous improvement (CI), and managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership; flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or Six Sigma Black Belt certification; Professional Engineering registration.
• Experience leading multi-site maintenance organizations, working with MHE integrators, maintaining material handling equipment and integrated systems, project management, or statistical analysis.

Pay

145,500.00 - 196,800.00 USD annually (base salary)
