What you'll do
- Develop and validate assembly methods and production-line designs, including equipment specifications, automation strategy, and commissioning.
- Drive manufacturing readiness and operational performance, improving safety, quality, throughput, and cost.
- Standardize processes and documentation, apply continuous improvement methods, and mentor junior engineers.
