What you'll do
- Maintain and oversee material handling and facility equipment, including Fire Life Safety systems; install, maintain, and troubleshoot controls and related components.
- Lead and train service technicians, and oversee vendors performing planned and emergency repairs.
- Create and close work orders, document labor and parts, and develop job plans for emergency repairs of critical assets.
