Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain and oversee material handling and facility equipment, including Fire Life Safety systems; install, maintain, and troubleshoot control and electrical components.
• Lead and train service technicians, develop training and repair plans, and oversee vendors performing planned and emergency repairs.
• Manage work orders and project solutions for difficult equipment problems.

What they ask for

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• 4+ years of experience in predictive and preventative maintenance; repairing MHE, automated conveyors, or related mechanical/controls equipment; reading blueprints and electrical schematics; electrical and electronic principles; safety standards; and MHE troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, shift, and work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Nice to have

• Associate's degree in Mechatronics or a related technical field; experience leading engineering teams as a mentor or tech lead.
• Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with OEM requirements; 2+ years of PLC programming and robotics system components and controls experience.

Pay

41.29 - 47.50 USD hourly (base salary)
