Build and run the deal desk and scalable operational processes for AWS partner agreement programs, from program design through execution and performance tracking.

- Establish deal desk workflows, standards, checkpoints, and quality controls across the agreement lifecycle.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate deal inputs, financials, data, and stakeholder handoffs; monitor operational health and improve processes.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve speed, accuracy, and partner experience.
