Leads the development and rollout of innovative designs, processes, and systems for next-generation Amazon delivery stations.
What you'll do
- Develop and document innovative design and process solutions, then plan their assessment, piloting, and expansion.
- Own program roadmaps, approvals, reporting, and large-scale business proposals, coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Provide engineering expertise and deliver projects to schedule and budget; travel up to 50% depending on business needs.
