Senior Product Manager - Tech, Electrical Products and Services, Data Center Engineering

What you'll do

• Define and manage product vision, requirements, and roadmaps for medium-voltage switchgear and transformer products.
• Lead new product introduction from concept through validation, testing, production readiness, and deployment; qualify suppliers.
• Build business cases, drive cost reductions and design improvements, and coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, delivering features and making product tradeoffs.
• Experience contributing to engineering technology decisions and representing critical customers and stakeholders in executive-level planning.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent; 7+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs.
• 5+ years working with medium-voltage electrical equipment and 5+ years in data center, utility, or large-scale industrial power distribution; knowledge of IEEE, ANSI, IEC, and UL standards.

Pay
