What you'll do
- Set multi-year product and service visions, roadmaps, requirements, and plans with cross-functional teams.
- Develop business cases, pricing, and requirements for new business customer plans and offers.
- Create scalable service-plan frameworks and change controls, and use customer insights and performance to optimize plans.
