What you'll do
- Oversee compliance with WHS policies and applicable regulations; audit performance, records, training, and workplace practices.
- Analyze safety data and incidents, prioritize risks, and lead improvement projects such as ergonomic risk-reduction kaizens.
- Manage and develop regional safety managers and professionals, partnering with operations and corporate WHS teams.
