What you'll do
- Ensure site compliance with safety policies and applicable regulations; audit records, training, and workplace practices.
- Analyze safety metrics and incident trends, and lead improvement initiatives such as targeted Kaizen events to reduce injury risk.
- Manage and develop the site safety team and partner with operations, site leadership, and regional safety teams.

Pay
149,600.00 - 202,400.00 USD annually (base salary)
