What you'll do
- Ensure site compliance with WHS policies and regulations, using audits, performance metrics, and corrective action plans.
- Lead risk analysis and incident trend reviews, and drive safety improvements through Kaizen events and collaboration with Operations.
- Manage and mentor site safety staff, and ensure effective safety training and leadership development.
