Leads site workplace health and safety programs, ensuring regulatory and company-policy compliance while reducing safety and ergonomic risks and developing the site safety team.
What you'll do
- Oversee compliance, audits, safety records, metrics, and corrective action plans for site WHS policies and applicable regulations.
- Analyze incident and safety trends, then lead risk-reduction initiatives with Operations, including targeted Kaizen events.
- Manage and mentor site safety staff; deliver and audit safety training and develop team leadership capabilities.
