- Directs delivery station operations and manages Operations, Area, and Shift Managers, including coaching and performance accountability.
- Drives process improvement initiatives, addresses performance gaps, and presents operational metrics to senior leadership.
- Develops site talent and engagement, manages relationships with Delivery Service Providers, and coordinates with business partners on operational projects.
