What you'll do
- Oversee station operations and manage Operations, Area, and Shift Managers, setting expectations and holding managers accountable for results.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, address performance gaps, and present operational metrics to senior leadership.
- Hire and develop talent, manage DSP relationships, and coordinate with business partners on station projects and resources.
