What you'll do
- Oversees station safety, quality, operational performance, customer experience, and people development; drives process and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Sets expectations and develops Operations, Area, and Shift Managers, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Manages delivery service provider relationships, tracks and presents operational metrics, and coordinates initiatives with business partners.
