Senior Technical Program Manager, Annapurna Labs Silicon Operations

What you'll do

• Build and manage integrated schedules, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and recovery plans across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners.
• Drive risk resolution, decisions, readiness reviews, and delivery commitments for quality, capacity, and manufacturing readiness.
• Communicate program health to senior leadership and improve execution mechanisms across silicon programs.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, test engineering, silicon operations, manufacturing, or technical program management.
• Demonstrated ownership of semiconductor programs through major milestones such as tapeout, first silicon, bring-up, characterization, qualification, production release, ramp, or HVM.
• Working knowledge of semiconductor product-development and manufacturing flows, and experience driving execution across engineering teams that do not report to you.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced SoCs, high-volume manufacturing, advanced packaging, ATE, SLT, yield ramp, qualification, foundry or OSAT partners, or manufacturing capacity.
• Experience owning multiple products or silicon generations concurrently or creating execution mechanisms for a scaling silicon organization.

Pay

148,700.00 - 201,200.00 USD annually (base salary)
