Senior Technical Program Manager, Elastic Block Store

What you'll do

• Plan and track engineering work across multiple programs and teams, including EBS, EC2, and S3.
• Build scalable processes, automated GenAI tooling, and data-driven improvements; report program status and manage risks.
• Work with product and engineering teams to address customer pain points and advance technical roadmaps.

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience and 5+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, coordinating release schedules, and delivering technical roadmaps.
• Experience in software development or troubleshooting and debugging technical systems; experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience leading highly available, fault-tolerant enterprise or web-scale software deployments, or managing capacity for constrained computing infrastructure.
• Knowledge of block storage devices, network protocols, Linux operating system concepts, or Gen AI tools and concepts.

Pay

148,700.00 - 201,200.00 USD annually (base salary)
