What you'll do
- Plan and prioritize multi-year lab infrastructure roadmaps and capital budgets, including funding requests and investment trade-offs.
- Lead test venue builds and upgrades from requirements through procurement, commissioning, and handover, coordinating engineering, facilities, construction, and vendors.
- Manage cross-functional issue resolution, lab performance metrics, and the work of lab and software engineers supporting test venues.
