What you'll do
- Plan and oversee load flow, trailer utilization, dock-door assignments, and on-time dock performance.
- Coordinate with shipping companies and transportation teams; troubleshoot shipping issues and resolve barriers.
- Track load performance, support associates and SOP compliance, and maintain safe, organized work areas.
