Manages daily shipping operations by planning and monitoring loads, coordinating trailers and partners, and resolving issues to support safe, efficient, and on-time performance.
What you'll do
- Plan and oversee load flow, trailer utilization, dock performance, and load quality; track performance and report issues.
- Coordinate with carriers and transportation teams, manage trailer and dock assignments, and troubleshoot shipping problems.
- Support safety, associate training, SOP compliance, labor allocation, and operational excellence initiatives.
