Site EHS Manager II

What you'll do

• Implement WHS programs, conduct site audits and risk assessments, and address compliance issues using safety metrics.
• Partner with Operations leadership to drive safety initiatives and oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, and WHS training.
• Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities, and analyze incident trends to guide improvements.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• If not already certified, obtain adult First Aid, CPR, AED certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 3 weeks of start date.

Nice to have

• Distribution Center or Manufacturing EHS experience at a site of at least 250 people, with exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Master’s degree; lean principles and process-improvement experience, Certified Safety Professional, and strong communication and analytical skills are also preferred.

Pay

USD 70,400.00 - 104,100.00 annually (base salary)
