What you'll do
- Implement WHS initiatives, conduct site audits and risk assessments, and use safety metrics and incident trends to drive improvements.
- Oversee WHS compliance, recordkeeping, workplace organization, training, first aid, and emergency response.
- Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into site decisions and improve safety culture.
