Leads site workplace health and safety programs, partnering with Operations to assess risks, improve safety culture, ensure compliance, and support emergency response.
What you'll do
- Implement safety initiatives, conduct site audits, analyze metrics and incident trends, and address compliance issues.
- Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into operational decisions and oversee WHS training and recordkeeping.
- Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities and engage associates in safety programs.
