Leads site workplace health and safety programs, assessments, audits, incident analysis, emergency response, and partnerships with Operations leadership to improve safety and compliance.
What you'll do
- Implement safety initiatives, assess risks, analyze metrics and incident trends, and conduct site audits to address hazards and non-compliance.
- Partner with Operations leadership, oversee WHS recordkeeping and training, and drive safety culture and continuous improvement.
- Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities and provide effective care during emergencies.
