Leads site workplace health and safety programs, audits, risk assessments, incident analysis, emergency response, and safety improvements in partnership with Operations leadership.
What you'll do
- Implement WHS programs, conduct site audits and risk assessments, and use safety metrics and incident trends to target improvements.
- Partner with Operations leadership to promote safety, oversee WHS training and recordkeeping, and drive compliance.
- Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities and engage associates in the site safety mission.
