Leads a site’s workplace health and safety program, partnering with Operations to reduce risks, improve safety performance, and develop a WHS team.
What you'll do
- Lead safety initiatives, site audits, risk assessments, and analysis of WHS performance metrics.
- Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations and guide decisions with data and risk insights.
- Develop WHS professionals and oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, and WHS training programs.
