Leads the site’s workplace health and safety program, partnering with Operations to reduce risk, improve safety performance, and develop WHS staff.
What you'll do
- Lead safety initiatives, audits, risk assessments, and analysis of WHS metrics to address risks and non-compliance.
- Partner with Operations leaders to integrate safety into daily work; oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, and WHS training.
- Build and develop a WHS team and drive continuous improvement.
