Leads a site’s workplace health and safety program, partnering with Operations to reduce risk, improve safety performance, and develop a WHS team.
What you'll do
- Lead safety initiatives, risk assessments, audits, and continuous improvement using safety metrics and data.
- Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into operations and influence decisions.
- Develop WHS staff and oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, training, and emergency response.
