Leads a site-wide workplace health and safety program, partnering with Operations to reduce risk, improve safety performance, and develop WHS staff.
What you'll do
- Lead safety initiatives, audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement using WHS metrics and data.
- Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations and advise on decisions.
- Manage WHS professionals, training programs, recordkeeping, and emergency response support.
