Leads the site's workplace health and safety program, partnering with Operations to reduce risk, improve safety performance, and develop a WHS team.
What you'll do
- Lead safety initiatives, risk assessments, audits, and performance analysis to improve safety and address non-compliance.
- Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations and guide strategic decisions using data and risk insights.
- Develop WHS professionals and oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, and WHS training programs.
