Leads the site’s workplace health and safety program, developing the WHS team and partnering with Operations to reduce risk and improve safety performance.
What you'll do
- Lead safety initiatives, site audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement; analyze metrics and address non-compliance.
- Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily work and use data to influence decisions.
- Develop WHS professionals and oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, training, and emergency response.
