Leads a site's workplace health and safety program, partnering with Operations to reduce risk, manage a WHS team, and improve safety performance.
What you'll do
- Lead risk assessments, site audits, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations and use data to influence decisions.
- Develop WHS professionals and oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, training, and emergency response.
