Leads a site Workplace Health & Safety program, partnering with Operations to reduce risk, improve safety performance, and develop a team of WHS professionals.
What you'll do
- Lead safety initiatives, risk assessments, audits, and continuous improvement using safety data and metrics.
- Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations and advise on risk-informed decisions.
- Manage WHS professionals, training programs, recordkeeping, and emergency response support.
