Leads the site’s workplace health and safety program, partnering with Operations to reduce risk, improve safety performance, and develop a WHS team.
What you'll do
- Lead safety initiatives, audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement using performance data.
- Partner with Operations leadership and oversee WHS recordkeeping, workplace organization, and training.
- Build and develop a team of WHS professionals and support site emergency response.
