Leads a site-wide workplace health and safety program, partnering with Operations to reduce risk, improve safety performance, and develop a WHS team.
What you'll do
- Lead safety initiatives, audits, risk assessments, and analysis of WHS metrics to improve compliance and prevent incidents.
- Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations; oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, and WHS training.
- Build and develop a WHS team and support emergency response at the site.

Pay
USD 94,200.00 - 141,400.00 annually (base salary)
