About the job
Leads the buildout, production launch, and steady-state operations of a greenfield advanced manufacturing facility, including its workforce, plant P&L, safety, quality, and manufacturing systems.
What you'll do
- Lead facility commissioning, production ramp, and multi-shift plant operations; manage throughput, delivery, safety, and quality.
- Build and develop the site operations organization and establish operating cadence, standard work, and performance management.
- Own plant P&L and serve as the operations stakeholder for manufacturing technology selection, commissioning, and adoption.
