What you'll do

• Lead operations and area managers to improve quality, safety, productivity, and customer experience; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Plan capacity, assess processes and equipment, and drive Kaizen and other efficiency and safety improvements.
• Analyze operational data and coordinate cross-functionally to support decisions, projects, and process optimization.

What they ask for

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, plus 2 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in one of these fields followed by 5 progressively responsible years of relevant experience.
• 2 years of business strategy experience including forecasting, planning, optimization, and client management.
• 2 years of business operations management using software applications or technology platforms.
• 1 year of cross-functional coordination across business units and qualitative/quantitative data analysis supporting decisions and initiatives.

$141003 - $182200 (base salary)
