Build and operate reliability automation and self-healing systems for Amazon Ads PubTech’s high-throughput production services, while setting reliability strategy across teams.
What you'll do
- Own service reliability, availability, performance, and SLO/SLA definitions for critical services.
- Build automation, monitoring, telemetry, and diagnostic tools; lead incident analysis and durable corrective actions.
- Drive operational readiness and standards, reduce toil, and mentor engineers across teams.
