Software Dev Engineer II, Secure Customer Content Storage and Analytics, AWS Applied AI Solution – Core Services

What you'll do

• Deliver and operate event-based data storage and data access features, including security and authorization controls.
• Improve existing platforms for performance, scalability, and operational excellence; resolve production issues involving data deletion and customer opt-outs.
• Partner with application teams and scientists to translate requirements into solutions, and mentor teammates through reviews and knowledge sharing.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience with design patterns, reliability, and scaling for new and existing systems.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Working knowledge of AWS services for data processing and machine learning, such as S3, SageMaker, and related data infrastructure.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent; experience with data access controls, authorization, multi-tenant isolation, privacy techniques, self-service data platforms, or compliance systems.

Pay

143,700.00 - 194,400.00 USD annually (base salary)
