Software Development Engineer, AWS Security Communications

What you'll do

• Design, deliver, test, deploy, and maintain scalable SecComms software features.
• Own production services, support on-call operations, and improve reliability, automation, and tooling.
• Collaborate with security and communications partners; mentor engineers and maintain system documentation.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience involving design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• 1+ years of experience developing large-scale software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, or familiarity with security domains such as incident response and vulnerability management.
