Software Development Engineer - Expert Consultant, Frontier AI

What you'll do

• Advise cross-functional and science teams on data quality, standards, and complex data collection; provide evaluation feedback and demonstrations of quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with AI teams on human-in-the-loop and model-in-the-loop data collection for LLM training, with attention to data privacy and security.
• Mentor engineers and evaluate code against industry standards, best practices, and client needs.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience; 2+ years of system design or architecture experience; 1+ years as a software development engineer or in a related occupation.
• 1+ years designing and developing large-scale software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience and programming experience in at least one software language.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
