Software Development Engineer, Generative AI, Annapurna Labs - Neuroboros Team

What you'll do

• Research and deliver customer-focused solutions that reduce the time and effort required to port and optimize ML workloads on Neuron.
• Build and operate agentic evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and feedback loops to improve agent correctness and reliability.
• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain highly available software, improving performance, durability, cost, and security.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience and 2 years of system design or architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience in Generative AI and experience in an area such as ML compilers, production coding agents, GenAI model architecture, model training, neural network optimization, or applied math.
• Experience with object-oriented design, core computer science concepts, and large-scale software development using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.

Nice to have

• Experience hosting, building, or optimizing ML models for diverse hardware platforms.
• Track record building AI agents for ML workload optimization, compiler tuning, distributed inference or training, or ML kernel development and optimization.
