Software Development Engineer, ML Systems, Annapurna Labs

What you'll do

• Research and deliver software solutions that improve customer experience and reduce the time and effort needed to port and optimize ML workloads on Neuron.
• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain reliable software; build automation, metrics, and improvements, and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with Neuron teams, engineers, partners, and customers on technical solutions and adoption challenges.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience for new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Programming experience in at least one language; computer science fundamentals and performance analysis with at least 2 programming languages.
• Experience in ML compilers, production coding agents, GenAI model architecture, model training, neural network optimization, or applied math.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.
• 2+ years in machine learning or computational modeling focused on hosting, building, or optimizing models for diverse hardware platforms.

Pay

USD 158,100.00 - 213,800.00 annually (base salary)
